Health · seven clinical desks

Your own health,
on your own device.

Six doors on one subject, from opposite ends of it. Rx.Luxury is a clinical desk that runs entirely in your browser — intake, a symptom checker over 148 conditions, medications, vitals, a visit packet and a DICOM workstation — and nothing you type into it is uploaded anywhere. Hanta looks the other way: the live outbreak wire, watching what is moving through the world rather than through you.

Both read federal registers rather than inventing anybody. Rx.Luxury’s directory is NPPES, the register of every clinician in the United States who bills insurance, and the CMS facility file behind Hospital Compare — 5,419 Medicare-certified hospitals with the government’s own star rating. Neither property carries a rating, a network or an appointment time that nobody keeps.

Neither is a diagnosis and neither is triage. The symptom checker is an orientation aid: it shows which recognised conditions share the pattern you describe, and which kind of clinician sees them. It will not tell you what you have and it will not tell you that you are fine.

RX Every mapped doctor in Europe and the Americas rx.luxury/doctors: 141,701 practices, clinics and specialists across 69 countries and 31,270 cities, read out of OpenStreetMap and searchable by city, postcode, specialty or name. The dentist register’s twin. Dentist Every mapped dentist in Europe and the Americas dentist.lat: 109,030 dental offices, clinics and specialists across 69 countries and 21,078 cities, read out of OpenStreetMap and searchable by city, postcode, specialty or name. Its own domain. Symptom checker 148 conditions, narrowed live as you describe yourself Point at a drawn body and face or pick from eighty-five symptoms; 148 conditions narrow to what fits them all, red flags first. Not a diagnosis. Imaging lab Window, level and slice on your own scan Drop in a DICOM file: window and level from the keyboard, slice arrows, CT presets, invert and a PNG export. The scan never leaves the machine. Clinicians Every US clinician, by condition, specialty or surname Type a condition; the desk reads the specialty its verified table carries, then searches the federal NPI Registry by city, postcode and radius. Facilities Hospitals and the other places care happens Every Medicare-certified facility on the CMS file, by kind, type, postcode and distance, with CMS’s own star rating unaltered where given. Rx.Luxury A clinical desk that never uploads Intake, symptoms, a medication tray, vitals, a visit packet and a DICOM workstation, the clinician directory read live from the NPI Registry. Hanta Surveillance, kept running The live outbreak wire, the HantaProbe archive, registry and DNS lookups, and reachability probes across seven continents and a thousand-site pool.

What they share

Your file does not leave.

Six of these seven read what you give them entirely in the page — the conversion, the search, the metadata, the hidden characters, the clinical record. The two that do use the network say exactly what leaves and for how long. A tool that has to upload your file first is a service, not a utility.
